Our bases are soy wax and a choice between mango butter and shea butter. For candles with fragrances all of our fragrances are skin safe. For future candle collections (glitter candles, pregnancy line) the ingredients will be under the appropriate product!
Can you drink out of the teacup when you're done with it?
Can you drink out of the teacup when you're done with it?
Yes! You can! Please make sure that the teacup is cleaned thoroughly though. First run the teacup under hot water so that any remaining wax can melt and then hand wash the teacup with a lot of soap. Feel the teacup afterwards to make sure its clean and doesn't feel slippery.
What is the difference between Mango Butter and Shea Butter?
What is the difference between Mango Butter and Shea Butter?
Mango butter is a great alternative to Shea Butter and has a much smoother and lighter texture. Shea Butter tends to be a little bit heavier, while mango butter although a more expensive option is very smooth.

Yes I do. Unfortunately as of now they are a bit pricey but I am working on getting shipping that is accessible for everyone.

I don't have specific dates for restock but I usually announce the dates on all of my social media and through my newsletter!

No it doesn't peel at all. when it cools down it has a consistency of a body butter.
Returns and Shipping

What is your return and shipping policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rosaliebodyworks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All orders returned to us due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send it back. (Ex. wrong address imputed, not picked up at local office in time)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you report then product broken after 48 hours of being delivered a replacement may not be possible. You can report and damages to rosaliebodyworks@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damage. From then on you will be offered a number of options. All broken items will need to be returned to Rosalie Body works and we will provide a return shipping label for you free of charge (Except for international orders not including Canada).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
Although I try to choose shipping services that do not incur customs fees, if these fees do incur the customer is responsible for the payment of these fees. RBW is not responsible for any fees incurred during and after the shipping process.
Since Rosalie Body Works is still a small business in such high demand, expect orders to ship out 3-7 business days. If the launch is a pre sale expect 4 weeks since products have not been made yet. I really do appreciate everyone's patience during these times.
